Доцільність впровадження кріотерапії в інфраструктуру сучасного spa-готелю: світовий та вітчизняний досвід

Abstract

Актуальність. Інноваційні технології є рушійною силою розвитку готельного бізнесу, оскільки сприяють оптимізації ресурсів, підвищенню рівня комфорту та персоналізації обслуговування. У сфері оздоровчого туризму і wellness-відпочинку важливість інновацій набуває особливого значення. Сучасні мандрівники дедалі більше уваги приділяють не лише комфорту, а й можливостям для зміцнення здоров’я, відновлення сил та загального фізичного і ментального благополуччя. Саме тому готелі, що орієнтуються на wellness-напрямок, активно впроваджують нові методики релаксації та відновлення, пропонуючи своїм гостям нестандартні процедури, які поєднують передові технології і традиційні знання про здоров’я. Одним із перспективних напрямів розвитку SPA-готелів є використання низькотемпературних методик, що відкривають нові можливості для оздоровлення. Метою дослідження є проведення всеосяжного аналізу доцільності включення кріотерапії до інфраструктури сучасного SPA-готелю, представляючи її як новаторську оздоровчу по- слугу, яка задовольняє запити сучасних споживачів, орієнтованих на оздоровлення. Методи, які були використані при дослідженні: ретроспектив- ний аналіз, системний і структурний аналіз, метод аналогії та інші. Результати. У статті розглядається актуальність впровадження кріотерапії як інноваційної оздоровчої послуги у структуру сучасного SPA-готелю. Проаналізовано основні принципи дії кріотерапевтич- них процедур, їх вплив на фізичне та психоемоційне самопочуття гостей, а також переваги використання кріосауни як складової wellness-пропозиції готельного комплексу. Описано організаційні аспекти інтеграції кріосауни у структуру SPA-центру з урахуванням специфіки цільової аудиторії, технічних вимог до обладнання та вимог безпеки. Проведено оцінку конкурентоспроможності на ринку індустрії гостинності цього сервісу. Висновки та обговорення. Зроблено висновок, що інтеграція кріотерапії сприяє розширенню спектра послуг, створенню унікальної пропозиції на ринку та зміцненню позицій готелю серед гостей, орієнтованих на wellness.

Topicality. Innovative technologies are a driving force of the hotel business development, as they contribute to optimising resources, increasing a level of comfort and personalisation of service. In the field of health tourism and wellness recreation, the importance of innovations is of particular importance. Modern travellers pay more and more attention not only to comfort, but also to opportunities for improving health, restoring strength, general physical and mental well-being. That is why hotels focused on the wellness actively introduce new methods of relaxation and recovery, offering their guests non-standard procedures that combine advanced technologies and traditional knowledge about health. One of the promising development di- rection of SPA hotels is the use of low-temperature techniques that open up new opportunities for recovery. The aim of the article is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the feasibility of including cryotherapy in the infrastructure of a modern SPA-hotel, presenting it as an innovative health service that meets needs of modern consumers focused on their health. Research methods used in this study: retrospective analysis, system and structure analysis, analogy method, etc. Results. The article considers the relevance of introducing cryotherapy as an innovative health service into the structure of a modern SPA-hotel. Basic principles of the effectiveness of cryotherapy procedures, their influence on the physical and psycho-emotional well-being of guests, as well as advantages of using a cryosauna as a component of the wellness offer of a hotel complex are analysed. Organisational aspects of integrating a cryosauna into the structure of a SPA-centre are described, taking into account the specifics of a target audience, technical requirements for equipment and safety. The competitiveness of such a service in the hospitality industry market is assessed. Conclusions and discussion. It is concluded that the integration of cryotherapy contributes to expanding the range of services, creating unique offers on the market and strengthening a hotel’s position among wellness-oriented guests.
