Leisure Management at the Educational Institutions of the Labour Reserves System During the Post-war Recovery of Ukraine (1945-1950)

Abstract

Introduction. The study is relevant due to considering of socio-cultural life arrangement positive and negative domestic experience at the current reformation of professional education in Ukraine. Purpose and methods. The aim of the article lies in the analysis of arrangement peculiarities of students’ leisure at professional schools in the period of the Post-war Recovery of Ukraine (1945-1950). The study used methods include general scientific (analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, typology, abstraction) and special (problem-chronological, comparative, systematic, retrospective, hermeneutics and content-analysis elements) methods. Results. The research reveals that the extra-curricular activity and organized leisure time of students at labour reserves educational establishments, primarily, were additionally political-ideologically and military-physically oriented. It also used the principles of authoritative pedagogy. Conclusions. The scientific novelty of the research results is that for the first time the analysis, classification and characterization of specific types of students’ free time organization were made, as well as efficiency of the motivation and control means of leisure arrangement model was evaluated. The practical significance of the results is reflected in the presentation to modern educators and students of the leisure organization peculiarities in the post-war period, which has an important pedagogical and educational role and can be used in the preparation of specialists in the specialty “Management of Socio-Cultural Activities”.

Вступ. Доцільність і значимість дослідження обумовлені необхідністю врахування позитивного та негативного вітчизняного досвіду організації соціокультурного життя під час нинішнього реформування професійної освіти в Україні. Мета і методи. Мета статті – на прикладі закладів трудових резервів проаналізувати особливості організації дозвілля учнівського контингенту установ професійної освіти періоду повоєнної відбудови України (1945–1950 рр.). Використано загальнонаукові методи (аналіз, синтез, індукція, дедукція, типологізація, абстрагування), а також спеціальні методи (проблемно-хронологічний, порівняльно-історичний, історико-системний, ретроспективний, елементи герменевтики і контент-аналізу). Результати. У процесі дослідження виявлено, що організація дозвілля учнів у навчальних установах трудових резервів здійснювалася жорсткими директивними методами і передусім спрямовувалася на додаткове політико-ідеологічне та військово-фізичне виховання з використанням принципів авторитарної педагогіки. Висновки. Наукова новизна результатів дослідження полягає в тому, що вперше були здійснені аналіз, типологізація і характеристика конкретних видів організації вільного часу учнівської молоді, оцінено ефективність засобів мотивації і контролю тогочасної моделі дозвіллєвого менеджменту. Практичне значення результатів виявляється у презентації сучасним педагогам і студентам особливостей організації дозвілля в повоєнний час, що відіграє важливу педагогічно-виховну роль і може бути використане під час підготовки фахівців за спеціальністю «Менеджмент соціокультурної діяльності».
