Діяльність українських незалежних компаній сучасного танцю у 2022–2023 роках

Abstract

Мета статті – виявити особливості діяльності незалежних танцювальних компаній сучасного танцю в Україні у 2022–2023 рр. під час війни. Методологія дослідження базується на застосуванні ряду методів: аналітичного – для аналізу тенденцій діяльності українських незалежних компаній сучасного танцю в Україні під час війни; порівняльного – для проведення порівняння їх діяльності, принципів роботи хореографів – засновників та керівників та ін. Ключовим став метод інтерв’ю, що дозволив забезпечити високий рівень достовірності новітньої інформації. Наукова новизна. Вперше проведено аналіз діяльності компаній сучасного танцю в часі війни після повномасштабного вторгнення росії в Україну; введено до наукового обігу нові матеріали, що доповнюють панораму розвитку українських незалежних компаній сучасного танцю в 2022–2023 рр. Висновки. Серед незалежних українських компаній сучасного танцю проаналізовано діяльність під час війни 2022–2023 рр. чотирьох: тих, що продовжили функціонувати («Totem Dance Theatre», К. Шишкарьова, Я. Кайнар; «Leroy Dance Company», О. Дробиш) та тих, що були створені у цей період («Insha Dance Company» І. Мірошниченко, К. Кузнєцова; «Ukrainian Art and Dance Company», А. Забеліна, А. Омеліна). Діяльність цих компаній засвідчила продовження формування ними мистецького хореографічного простору під час війни, наявність активної хореографічної спільноти (ком’юніті) як в Україні, так і українців – танцівників та хореографів – за межами країни, що доводить конкурентоспроможність на світовому ринку. Засновники та керівники колективів – обдаровані та сильні особистості, що в умовах війни не зрадили своєму покликанню, служать хореографічному мистецтву та намагаються вирішувати складні мистецькі та соціокультурні проблеми, а також здійснюють матеріальну допомогу на військові потреби. Дослідження продемонструвало, що для функціонування незалежних компаній сучасного танцю важлива державна та зарубіжна грантова підтримка.

The purpose of the article is to identify the peculiarities of the activities of independent contemporary dance companies in Ukraine in 2022–2023 during the war. The research methodology is based on the use of several methods: analytical – to analyse trends in the activities of independent contemporary dance companies in Ukraine during the war; comparative – to compare their activities, principles of work of choreographers – founders and managers, etc. The key method was the interview method, which allowed to ensure a high level of reliability of the latest information. Scientific novelty. For the first time, an analysis of the activities of contemporary dance companies during the war after Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine was carried out; new materials were introduced into scientific circulation, which complemented the panorama of the development of Ukrainian independent contemporary dance companies in 2022– 2023. Conclusions. Among the independent Ukrainian contemporary dance companies, the activities of four were analysed during the war of 2022-2023: those that continued to function (Totem Dance Theatre, K Shyshkariova, Y. Kainar; Leroy Dance Company, O. Drobysh) and those that were created during this period (Insha Dance Company, I Miroshnychenko, K. Kuznietsova; Ukrainian Art and Dance Company, A. Zabielina, A. Omelina). The activities of these companies demonstrated the continuation of their formation of the artistic choreographic space during the war, the presence of an active choreographic community both in Ukraine and of Ukrainians – dancers and choreographers – outside the country, which proves their competitiveness in the global market. The founders and directors of the companies are gifted and strong individuals who have not betrayed their vocation in the face of war, serving the art of dance and trying to solve complex artistic and socio-cultural problems, as well as providing material assistance for military needs. The study has shown that state and foreign grant support is important for the functioning of independent contemporary dance companies.
