Культурно-просвітницька діяльність публічних бібліотек Півдня України в контексті соціальних змін

Abstract

Дисертація присвячена комплексному дослідженню культурно-просвітницької діяльності публічних бібліотек другої половини XX ст. – початку XXI ст. Автором вперше досліджена і відтворена цілісна картина розвитку культурно-просвітницької діяльності публічних бібліотек Півдня України в означений період. З’ясовано розвиток основних форм і тенденцій культурно-просвітницької діяльності публічних бібліотек Півдня України. Висвітлено інноваційні підходи до реалізації соціально-культурних проектів у діяльності публічних бібліотек Півдня України XXI ст. Запропоновано перспективні напрями та концептуальну модель культурно-просвітницької діяльності публічних бібліотек Півдня України у XXI ст. Доведено, що бібліотеки Півдня України є найбільш стійким соціальним інститутом в системі установ культурно-просвітницького напряму. Акцентовано, що культурно-просвітницька діяльність бібліотек продовжує бути ефективною технологією соціокомунікативного процесу Півдня України.The dissertation is devoted to complex research of cultural and educational activities of libraries in the South of Ukraine in the second half of the 20th century – the beginning of the 21st century. The author first investigates and reconstructs a complete picture of the development of cultural and educational activities of public libraries in the region during this period. The development of main forms and trends of cultural and educational activities of public libraries in the South of Ukraine is defined. Innovative approaches to the implementation of social and cultural projects in the activities of public libraries in the South of Ukraine in the 21st century are covered. Perspective directions and conceptual model of cultural and educational activities of public libraries in the South of Ukraine in the 21st century are proposed. It is proved that libraries in the South of Ukraine are the most stable social institution in the system of institutions of cultural and educational direction. It is shown that cultural and educational activities of libraries remain an effective technology for sociocommunicative process in the South of Ukraine.
